Following the product lifecycle, components are developed in a prototyping stage then move to low volume production where volumes are growing and manufacturing involves low levels of automation. Even in the early stages, IntriPlex is designing for automation. Once a component volume begins to ramp, it makes good business sense to take advantage of the lower cost alternatives.

At the appropriate time, IntriPlex will move production from the LVM solution into modular manufacturing cells or complete mechanized manufacturing lines while maintaining the same high level of quality. As volume increases automation becomes the practical option.
