Intri-plex commands
a multitude of high-speed, high precision digitally
operated punch presses, complimented by Fourslide
machines. Versatility continues in the materials
we work with including steel, stainless steel, aluminum,
copper, brass and titanium. Intri-plex
can stamp, blank, trim, form coin pierce or shear
your metal no matter what it is, in sheet or coil. |

Most of the production
and prototype tooling we use is developed in-house by our
journeyman tool/die makers, who combine years of priceless
experience with cutting edge technologies to design and build
precise tools and dies. Our skilled toolmakers use a vast
stock of components to help insure the flexibility needed
to keep a trouble-free, high volume production in gear.
Utilizing in-house resources and strategic partnerships,
Intri-plex is able to support
the most complex secondary customer requirements from deburring
and heat treating to plating. Custom product assembly and
packaging is also available.
The skill and knowledge to support any Intri-plex
operation is designed to be scalable and capable of growing
with our customers, both domestically and internationally.
