Mr.
Ellis is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to
his current position, Mr. Ellis was a consultant for JMD Consulting
where he assisted small companies with capital funding and strategic
alliances. Mr. Ellis also served as Chief Financial Officer
of The Med-Design Corporation, a publicly held company engaged
in the design, development and sale of medical safety devices.
Mr. Ellis has extensive experience with the SEC and NASDAQ primarily
with small and start- up companies. Mr. Ellis is a CPA with
six years public accounting experience with Ernst and Young
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the California, and Illinois Societies of CPA's.
