Sherri joined IntriPlex Technologies, Inc. in August of 2005 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to coming to IntriPlex, Sherri worked in Human Resource leadership roles for Armstrong World Industries, for 10 years and at 3 different locations.

Sherri worked for Forms and Surfaces in Santa Barbara, CA, a subsidiary of Armstrong, as their Director of Human Resources, Safety, and Environmental Affairs. Armstrong World Industries in Kankakee, IL as their Human Resource Coordinator for the Commercial Business Unit Team, and Armstrong World Industries in Stillwater, OK, as their Plant Human Resource Manager.

Additionally Sherri has enjoyed a number of Human Resource consulting assignments in a variety of business segments, including banking, aerospace, manufacturing, and technology. Areas of expertise include Labor Law, Employment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Safety and Health, etc.

Sherri holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of California in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Santa Barbara University. She is a member of the Santa Barbara Senior Executives Human Resource Management Association.
