Dale Schudel has been residing in Thailand since 1987, and has extensive Engineering and Operations experience for multiple firms in the electronics and hard disk drive industry over a career spanning more than 25 years. Mr. Schudel has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He began his career as a design engineer for magnetic recording heads at Applied Magnetics. He then moved into test engineering, and eventually into a Manufacturing and Quality management role in suspension assembly manufacturing for Acton Computer, prior to moving to Asia. Dale has held various positions with Seagate Technology in Asia working as a Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, a Supplier Quality Engineering Manager, focusing on the development and qualification of suppliers to support Seagate's newly established Thai HDD manufacturing facility. Mr. Schudel left Seagate to become the VP of Operations for a newly established suspension assembly manufacturer in Thailand, where he spent his next 11 years. In these years Mr. Schudel became the President and Chief Technical Officer for KR Precision, taking the Company public on the Thai Stock Exchange, which later became a SET 50 Company, and ultimately matured into one of the major players in the HDD Suspension Assembly market. Mr. Schudel joined IntriPlex in 2005 and serves as the Managing Director since it's inception in 2005. Mr. Schudel is currently the Chairman of IDEMA Thailand, and is also a member of IDEMA's Board of Directors.
