Ernest Swayney joined IntriPlex Technologies as General Manager of our thermal division Aerotech Heat Treating, in June 1997, with over 31 years experience in the skilled art of thermal processing, Heat Treating and Brazing. Ernest was instrumental in the development of our patented, Power Plate ™ Technology. Prior to his current position, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Industrial Steel Treating, a California based commercial Aerospace Defence Heat Treating Company. Prior to Industrial Steel Treating, Ernest was employed by Hinderliter Heat Treating for 24 years, and held positions as General Manager, Plant Superintendent, Quality Assurance Manager, Sales and Marketing Rep. Mr. Swayney holds pending and granted US patents in various areas of technology. Technical training: Dale Carnegie Sales development, Don Bosco Technical Institute for Heat Treat and Brazing, Glendale Community College Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Boeing Aircraft D9000 program. Ernest is also an Active member of: ASM International SFV Chapter Society.
