Our press operators, manufacturing supervisors and managers are all well versed in quality control. Extensive training in quality systems and statistical process control is continuous. A stringent, documented, in-process inspection of product at the time of manufacture, assures real time monitoring of our customers’ critical dimensions. Compliance to a customers’ dimensional specification is assured by a series of high-resolution measurement instruments including computer-controlled contact, laser and vision-based coordinate measurement machines. Our fully documented in-process and final inspection procedures, aided by SPC software, ensure the manufacture and delivery of best-in-class products.
