IntriPlex employs statistical process control (SPC) using an SQL database for all production measurements. An example of a resulting control chart is shown in the image, ensuring all processes are in-control and producing products that satisfy all customer requirements.

Certified Quality Systems

Critical to IntriPlex and our customers, quality control is engineered into every step of the manufacturing process. From multiple sample inspections at the point of production through quality audits and secondary processes, IntriPlex carefully manages quality within the tightest margins of variance. Based on an SQL database, our systems offer full traceability and quality certification for the data storage and medical device industries. The resulting quality control documentation can streamline validation efforts and the approval process for new product introductions. The IntriPlex Quality Management System is well established and certified to ISO 9001 requirements.

Discipline and Philosophy

IntriPlex incorporates the tools of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing throughout the organization. All processes are aimed toward reducing variability and attaining the shortest cycle time. IntriPlex Black Belts and trained personnel lead continuous improvement activities that maximize value to our customers.

Dock to Stock

In order to reduce the time and cost of inspections for incoming parts, IntriPlex customers have given a "Dock to Stock" designation based on our proven history of consistent quality. IntriPlex components are delivered directly to the point of use (storage or manufacturing) skipping the normal check in process.

The result is significant cost savings for the customer and increased speed of assembly. This type of distinction is based on trust and a willingness on the part of our customers to accept our components as "defect free". IntriPlex has earned the right to participate in our customer's business not as a vendor but rather as a partner. IntriPlex understands the significance of this distinction, and instills it into our people through our training, and work ethic. The result is our teams commitment to our client's success and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Compliance Partners

IntriPlex has invested in technology that allows our customers visibility and traceability into all aspects of our production. Automated systems allow product data uploads directly to customer IT systems, helping our customers manage compliance and data package requirements.

Measurement Tools

IntriPlex relies on state-of-the-art metrology to help measure and control the precision features manufactured in the US and Thailand. These systems include vision systems and interferometry devices used to assess shape profiles to millionths of an inch. Custom contact gages and other metrologies are common, and we develop these systems to ensure customer requirements are satisfied on a daily basis.
