IntriPlex product lines. The surface shown here includes
"teeth" grown with a proprietary process that
"bite" into a mating surface and help to preclude
relative motion. The microstructure is magnified 22,000
times and was obtained with an IntriPlex Laboratories

| Surface structure influences
a myriad of functional parameters including cleanliness,
corrosion resistance, and tribology. IntriPlex understands
these implications and has developed several approaches
to modify surface structure and improve part performance.
These include mechanical polishing, chemical and electrochemical
treatments, proprietary plating techniques, and patented
